Signetique has launched a new priority support option. Called JumpQ, the Singaporean company’s upgraded support was soft-launched to selected customers over the last 4 weeks and is now available to all premium dedicated hosting and cloud customers.
Described as “red carpet technical support”, the new option offers ongoing support which is 50% faster than previous levels of support. Despite the improvements, Signetique’s support is still offered free of charge.
Signetique’s JumpQ enables premium customers to call the company’s technical support team on a dedicated phone number, or use the company’s online web chat service to raise a support ticket. Once a support ticket is raised, it is passed to Signetique’s Priority Support Team, which responds to the customer within 30 minutes. The company promises to resolve even severe issues in no more than 4 hours.
Signetique is one of the largest hosts in Singapore and has been in operation for around 15 years. The company offers shared, virtual and dedicated hosting services to a customer base that includes small local businesses and multi-nationals through facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, Taiwan, China and Japan. JumpQ is one of a range of initiatives the company has implemented to improve their customers’ online experience.
