Our goal has always been to answer our support and service tickets within 15 minutes. Because our growth over the last few months as delayed response times, we have partnered with ETechSupport.net to help us handle the overflow support and service issues, suggested a Star Hosting representative.
Star Hostings increased customer base is a result of a series of promotions. In the latter part of 2005, Star Hosting launched a new website alongside a $1 per month Beginner Special, a promotion the company has decided to extend to the end of 2006. "The new site, along with our promotional offerings has really spurned growth. We are very pleased to have ETechSupport.net as our partner moving forward," added the representative.
