June 21, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - PW New Media today announced its acquisition of web hosting solutions provider StickWithMe.co.uk for an undisclosed amount. The deal will merge the services of the hosting provider with PW New Media’s own hosting service - LiquidSix Hosting (www.liquidsix.com).
After a year of huge growth in its hosting service, Paul Woodland General Manger of PW New Media felt it was time to expand: “With the number of companies in this industry fighting for each customer, making acquisitions is important to grow and consolidate our resources.”
“I believe this is a necessary change to be made,” said owner of StickWithMe.co.uk, Lisa Stevens, “and will ensure that customers continue to receive the high standard of service they expect. Customers will experience improved functionality with their hosting, and an even higher level of support."
PW New Media will take control at midnight on Monday, and from then on will handle all support and billing for StickWithMe customers. Over time, StickWithMe services will be integrated into LiquidSix and new services will be introduced for customers of both companies. LiquidSix will continue to sell its affordable Windows 2003 based hosting solutions, although no new packages will be sold under the StickWithMe brand.
