Web Hosting Provider StreamlineNet Offers Wikipedia Support

November 22, 2006
November 22, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider StreamlineNet (http://www.streamline.net) now offers its support in a Wikipedia format, the company announced this week. This unique approach to support allows customers to search the company’s knowledge base, but also add and suggest changes to the content.

“This is great on two levels,” explained Project Coordinator Stephen Bradshaw. “Firstly, in the ever changing environment of web hosting we are able to keep our content fresh and secondly, as more articles are edited and added to by real Customers they should become more user friendly and relevant”. “Although we already offer excellent human support systems the majority of customers, if given the opportunity, prefer to solve their own problems and see human contact as the last resort,” added Chief Technical Officer, Oliver Stirling.

The CEO of StreamlineNet Mr. Andrew Dollamore, went on to suggest “I’m extremely excited about the launch of this new service as it marks the beginning of a new phase in the company’s growth. We have always prided ourselves on developing cutting edge products at the lowest prices but now with over 90,000 sites hosted we understand the importance of investing heavily in to our most prized asset, our loyal customers”.

According to the company, StreamlineNet caters for around 60,000 customers and adds around 200 domains to its servers daily.
