Web hosting services provider
Maine Hosting Solutions (MHS) has acquired Seattle-based provider eHost. Maine Hosting Solutions, which has headquarters in Bath, Maine, United States, was established in 1996. The company “offers a broad range of services including web hosting, design, programming and promotion” and caters to a local customer base that includes “small businesses and Maine Guides”. It also caters to global clients that include individuals and businesses. MHS’ hosting options include traditional web hosting alongside WordPress and managed WordPress hosting options, dedicated servers (and server management), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services. eHost represents a perfect fit to MHS’ business.
Based in Seattle, Washington, United States and established in 2008, eHost is a “mission critical WordPress web hosting” provider offering “fast, secure, malware and virus free” services which offer 100% uptime. Like MHS, the company offers an extensive range of WordPress and managed WordPress hosting solutions alongside WordPress security and SSL certificate options. MHS will absorb all eHost customers, and the resulting entity will be managed under the
“HostUtopia umbrella of support and services”.
Daniel Eosco, the President of MHS, suggested that MHS’ new customers “can expect superior value and customer support” and post-transition will immediately benefit from “feature-rich offerings exclusive to the MHS family of hosting companies”. MHS has successfully acquired and absorbed the customers of a number of web hosting providers over recent years.
