August 20, 2008
August 20, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting tutorial provider DemoWolf (http://www.demowolf.com) has expanded its “tutorial development program” by adding four new developers, the company announced recently. According to the company, this will allow it to “release more new tutorials for the hosting industry at a much faster rate”.

The new developers, based in the Ukraine, USA and the United Kingdom will be responsible for “identifying and developing new tutorials” to add to DemoWolf's suite of offerings, which currently includes over 1900 items that can be branded by hosting companies. Their tutorials provide a first line of customer service, allowing users to search for answers themselves without phone or email support.

The company has also has released 76 new tutorials covering a range of technologies including PuTTY (8 demos), RoundCube (10 demos), osCommerce (14 demos), and phpBB3 (26 demos). Depending on the technology covered, DemoWolf provides tutorials in standard and ‘voice’ formats.

"When web hosts purchase tutorials from DemoWolf, we customize them for the host by placing their company logo in the first and last frame of every tutorial," explained DemoWolf President, Mr. Rob Moore. "So when their customers view these tutorials from their host's support pages, they are being given the help they need to learn how to use these applications, and the tutorials they watch will be branded with the host's logo... so they'll have their host to thank for the support”.

Alongside the new offerings, DemoWolf tutorials cover areas such as cPanel, Plesk, Helm, H-Sphere, Virtuozzo, Direct Admin, Email and FTP applications, Domain Registrars, Private Nameservers, phpMyAdmin, SmarterMail, RVSiteBuilder, and Fantastico. The company is currently in the middle of a summer-long sale offering tutorials at “50% off regular prices”.
