BCS Website Services (BCS) has upgraded its website. BCS, which has head offices in Richmond, Virginia, United States, offers a range of services including website development and hosting. The company predominantly caters to a customer base that is located in the Richmond area. BCS specializes in hosting websites it has designed using Open Source (OS) Content Management System (CMSs) like Joomla! and WordPress, The company also develops custom extensions for both CMS solutions. BCS’s intention in upgrading its website was to “better reflect the services” its offers.
Established in 2003, BCS helps its customers by providing full support for the sites it designs and hosts. The company provides the “periodic maintenance and upgrades” required to prevent websites being hacked and offers solid backup services. While standard web hosting companies provide support for the hosting services they provide, BCS’ services extend to the websites they develop for customers. This support extends to things like adding photos and updating website text. The company now employs a full-time Client Care Dispatcher to manage customers support and website change requests.
"2015 was an exciting year for the company,” explained Frank Petrov, BCS’ founder. “Adding a Client Care Dispatcher to take care of support requests from our hosting clients was a big win for the company and our clients, and now we can typically complete most normal support requests in just an hour or two."
