Site24x7 has announced it is leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Microsoft Azure monitoring. Site24x7, which has headquarters in Pleasanton, California, United States, is a Zoho Corporation brand and was established in 2006. The company specializes in “unified cloud monitoring for DevOps and IT operations”.
Site24x7’s services analyze user experience when accessing websites and applications from PCs and mobile devices. These services enable DevOps teams to “monitor and troubleshoot applications, servers and network infrastructure including private and public clouds”. Alongside AI-based Microsoft Azure monitoring, the company has introduced chatbot integration with Microsoft Teams.
Using Site24x7’s ‘Azure Monitor REST API’ IT teams “gain visibility into their hybrid clouds” and are able to manage more than 100 Azure products in “near real time”. They also receive “actionable alerts” that reduce how long it takes to resolve issues. With the launch of the Site24x7 chatbot for Microsoft Teams, it is now possible to monitor the status of applications using a “workplace chat room”. To extend its Azure management platform and enable IT teams to manage cloud expenditure, Site24x7 will soon introduce cloud cost analysis and management for various cloud platforms.
