SCAM
I have been ripped by EHost by £71.46, they were offering service for £4.99 with 45 days money back guarantee. Its been 26 days, numerous calls and emails and no refund. It is obviously scam.Fortunately i paid through paypal and paypal promised to refun

They are real humans, and prompt with response by phone, email and online chat. Great service and helpful.

Having 2 sites currently hosted, I have found the service to be generally excellent. Uptime is very close to advertised, tech support is prompt and helpful. The company has also increased storage, transfer and other limits twice during my hosting period.

Control Panel is great except that
access to Control Panel is very close

Tend to get "canned" messages from technical support
Not competative with other hosting services when it comes to the amount of disk space you get for your $$
