All around great hosting service.I would recommend them to most anyone who is looking for a good linux hosting service. With that in mind, my one criticism is support response time. It has been slow on some of my other accounts (at times).

Not much experience with tech support recently, but my recollection of past support issues left me wishing I could just talk to someone. The back and forth e-mail thing where we just aren't communicating on the same level left a lot to be desired.
