We have been hosted at AIT for almost 7 years, and we love that the company is run by U.S. Veterans. As far as pricing, service and support goes, they are a great company and are always there for their clients.

No support or refund
The worst hosting I ever hosted with, I am getting charged every month without using the service.
they do not have any customer support, they do not have any experience in linux being the oldest company they act like noobs

Great customer service
I have 2 other servers with other companies and AIT is by far the best in customer support/tech support which is so important. I just submit a support ticket and within less than an hour I get a response/fix or a phone number to call directly. Techs even use REAL NAMES! Pricing is also better than my other server company.

Very happy with service
AIT has provided me with great support for the past several years. I have a dedicated server and really appreciate the support they provide. Being a web designer and website hosting provider, it is important for my business to have the software and hardware technical support that they provide. I am very happy with their service.

Great Hosts
Great overall customer service. Best thing of all is it's easy to speak to a human. That is so rare and so needed today. I hosted with AIT in the late 1990's. They were great then and I'm glad to say they have remained a great hosting platform.

AIT SUPPORT - FAST AND COMPLETE
Had a problem on my end that I thought was an AIT failure of "Auto-Renew" but it was not AIT's problem. They very quickly figured out what was wrong - even though it was not their glitch. I appreciate the fast and friendly service from AIT.
