Terrible Hosting company
Warning!
Please do not buy any hosting services from this cheat company ,because always down your web site ,and also to slow there servers, I lose a lot of costumers because I could not to check my email

Everything was fine for the first two months, after that my site was offline for hours every day!

Worst host ever
I have a prepaid business plan. Uptime is terrible and has been terrible since day 1. Support does not care. Asked for a refund and they offered to close the account without any refund. Stay away from Arvixe

Arvixe is dead someone call the coroner
After endless downtime and SQL server failures, I am now 4 days completely offline with Arvixe. No response to support tickets, no one answers phones, the company sucks! Stay right away from these con men. My web site has been hijacked by my host!!!

Server down for more than a week.
No Emails. No site up period. No response from waiting up to 26 minutes from four phone calls. Email just stops working and I sent tickets in.

Was good, now terrible
Been with Arvixe for 3 years. Customer support used to be excellent, as was uptime. In the last couple months my sites have been down on and off. All sites down now since Oct 11 and no response from customer support.

Websites Down for more than 12 hours!
Hosting 2 websites with them, both of them are down with more than 12 hours and still waiting to be fixed. Cannot login ftp account and cpanel account either, nothing can be done at all! Down time issue seems to be more frequent recently.

Arvixe is an unprofessional scam
Do not sign up with this website! They never notify about migrations and are constantly being infected with trojan's thus hurting my websites reputation and forcing me to delist.
Their customer service is cheap and rude, 1 hour wait times.

Can't ude and get contact to Arvixe
I have tried several times to talk to this guys but never on the phone, I have a domain which I can't use it because Arvixe doesn't work ...not recommended, I will transfer my domain to other hosting !!!!

Arvixe server down again
Same as all the others. Arvixe customer for 8 months. Servers are down daily, no status reports listed on status.arvixe.com for our server. Multiple emails to support ignored. Phone support is hour and a half wait then told to leave message. Stay Away!
