Support has helped me solve an issue a couple out of about 15 times in two years. Now the eMail server times out (on all three domains). Or it disconnects. Twice today held for over 20 minutes for support before giving up and hanging up.

WELCOME TO THE WORST HOSTING SERVICE!!!
Not much room here, only 225 characters to tell you my story. Keeping short, arvixe services may be okay for a hobby website but NOT for a business. Our website was down almost every day, especially in the late night hours. I would NOT recommend them!!!

Arvixe Business Class Web Hosting - poor
Our website and email service is continuously up and down. Arvixe says its because of workload problems, so basically they don't have good business class servers to keep up with the workloads. It would be best to stay away from their service.

Worst host ever, run...
Our websites are down from 7 days, they have several servers down everyday, customer service is useless, they never answer to your questions because the don't care. They only apologies and say it will be better soon. Horrible service. A joke.

don't be fooled
all the comments that rate with high stars are fake and it took my awhile to realize. I've read through every review and came to an understanding that arvixe is a complete joke. I can kiss 70$ goodbye thanks arvixe.

Do not trust the positive reviews and claims of 99% uptime
So many fake reviews out there. Not one day has gone with the site actually up all day. Pay 3$ a month and you get 3$ of service. This is bottom shelf hosting at best. Tech service reads off a script and are experts at apologizing.

ARVIXE IS WORTHLESS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
24 Hour support, thats how long it takes them to answer the phone - 24 hours online chat. same time. Waiting over 50 minutes on phone only to have them not answer purposely. Online 90 minutes on wait for them to ask dumb questions.
