Customer Support Unreachable
Customer Support is Unreachable. Chat queues have more than 60 people in line which means more than 1 hour to wait. Once you get someone they say 2-3 minutes (checking) but don't seem to do anything at all. Looking to move, expecting a nightmare.

Stay AWAY from Arvixe
Server crashed for several weeks. My business lost everything. We tried reaching out numerous times to Customer support but had no response. The times they did email back, it was not answering a specific question. Don't be fooled.

Good windows hosting
Relation price/quality of windows hosting is very good.
Tools for site and databases maintenance are convenient.
Last week ware problems with ftp, but I hope this was accident.

Despite the negative reviews as of late, I haven't experienced any of the issues they've been mentioning. That isn't to say that they don't exist, but I certainly haven't had them. Pretty great hosting, in my book.

Terrible, terrible performance over the last few months
Arvixe was OK when I first started, but it has done downhill badly in the last few months. Lots of downtime. Stay away!

Arvixe is missing in action: AVOID!
Warning: avoid Arvixe. Our site has been down for days. Filed a support request, no response. Tried the live chat-150th in the queue. Trying to migrate away but Cpanel not reachable. Out of business??

Worst Hosting company ever!
As a tech guy I've got a lot of experience working with hosting companies. Please avoid this one! As every other review on t his site says... they have major reliability issues, their customer support is horrible and that's just in the first 6 months.

Email Nightmare
I was fooled by the tempting low price and promise of reliability and positive reviews online. I found that I was constantly dealing with server migrations and email issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND ARVIXE!

Downtime is hurting my business
