Support responded to me very quickly. I just had to wait a few moments for the live chat. They resolved my issue very promptly. The bot inquires about your problem at the start, prompting you to describe the issue and specify its domain. However, live support inquired once more about the specific domain.

Big thumbs up! They were sensitive to my particular request and reasonable. I had a particular issue: I wanted to back up a website I had built on DomainRacer after my subscription expired. We came to a suitable solution that didn't involve paying for a full 1-year renewal. This is not something other firms often offer, great customer service!

Just great customer support. With My last provider I was facing the problem of completely shutting down my website, and thanks to DomainRacer and their support, it was up and running again after switching with them.
