Switching to Mumbai VPS Solved Our Timeout Issues
We ship products across India; our payment gateway and inventory software is in india. Had a situation with setup on another location server and never thought about it until I did a checkout audit and losing customers because the took so long it appeared broken. We have a modded Minecraft server along with a Discord bot and statistics site. Our user base was primarily comprised of Japanese and Korean users. Our mistak was server in the US and users experienced a ping of 180 ms and rubber banding. This was causing people to leave the community. Moved to the DomainRacer to a Tokyo-based VPS server.
