the worst support I've ever received.
the problem with dotblock the support they have. There are some pretty bad operators and they do not like their job. Chelsea is a pretty bad operator, it does not help to find the problem to be able to solve it. I seem to have lazy work.

DotBlock deleted all of my data. When I simply wanted to talk with them about it and figure out exactly what happened, all they wanted to do was shove their terms in my face and say that it was my fault because I didn't create a backup of everything.

In less than 1 week of use they stopped my vps without alerting, deleted my website, backups (including client accounts), and server. Saying that I was attacked (DDOS) and they couldnt host a website like mine.
I just lost all my data.Terrible.

Dotblock service is very poor. Site is frequently down. Tech suport is good if you have no issues but soon as a problem flares up, just reaching the company is near impossible. Very spotty sevice. Site is down now, dotblock.com.
