I contract out webpage design for local businesses in my area and so far I have two hosting accounts with DTS-NET. It's service like this that keeps me recommending to my clients that they get hosted by DTS-NET

DTS is one of the worst hosts.
- They can't set DNS up correctly
- Server isn't stable
- Support doesn't respond
Just google it. You can find many victims. One more thing, even if DTS steal your money, Paypal never refund. Be careful.

Customer support in non-existant. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. The nameserver is badly configured. My site has been barely responsive for the last 3 days. It's too bad I didn't read other reviews before signing on.

The technical support is great, and a major reason why I appreciate DTS-NET. Elsewhere I just had to wait for emails, back and forth 'til things were resolved.

My sites load lightning fast, downtime has been practically non-existent, and any problems that have arisen, or questions I had were answered/dealt with incredibly quickly. I recommend them to anyone.
