May 2021. Sadly, I have found DTS-NET to 1..not give any setup details for new accounts 2..Seemed to take my money and run 3..not respond to phone call message (there is not a real person available either). 4..not respond to tickets (this is over several days and payment from me taken) Every contact I have had with them has been polite and courteous. I understand cheap, and dont expect instant service but to receive absolutely no service is extremely negligent. In other words, they have taken my payment days ago, and I received receipts for payment, but nothing more (no hosting at all because its pending) except automatic ticket response: 'Thank you for contacting our support team. A support ticket has now been opened for your request.'
May 6, five days after order, (and after this review), my service with them is suddenly Active. I have already got alternative host provider, and I was naive to even consider DTS-NET after many bad reviews on Google. Lesson learned.
