Used to be ok but not anymore!
After 20 years of using Easyspace I have my first communication with customer service.
Oh dear it was shocking! Im totally gobsmacked how bad this was.
Total refusal to refund under distance selling, claiming I had purchased a "bespoke" product. Plainly this is a tact they use. But bespoke is for physical goods not a generic website builder which is useless!!
Ive spent £1,000s with this company over the years and still have an annual bill probably over £200. And they refuse a £108 refund after trying a package for 2 days.

Customer for years
I have been a customer of Easyspace since 2003, they are a fantastic company to work with and the pricing is reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

Sneaky and deceptive, 3 times the price of other providers!
Charged my card £100 a month before the renewal was due, without prior notification. Other suppliers are charging £30 for the same services. Refusing to issue a refund, forcing me to take legal action.

Fradulent trade practices - Avoid easyspace
I used easyspace for over 10 years, but recently found them taking out money frm my account on 2 occasions (for webhosting and domain reg) without any notification 2 me. They took money 2 months b4 my subscriptions were to expire and refused refund.

Easyspace will steal your money
Easyspace have basically stolen my money. After a shoddy service and constant issues with my Dedicated server (first the motherboard failed then the hard drive completely died) I was forced to move all my clients elsewhere. Do not use this company.

Terrible outdated host with expensive charges for domains and hosting
£43.04 to renew a .org.uk domain name for 2 years! Is this a joke?
They want to charge £36 to move 2 domains away from them.
Be very careful with their auto renew on domains as they like to collect their money 2 months in advance!

complete rip-off
1. Automatically take your money for expiring domain with NO NOTIFICATION whatsoever.
2. They charge £20.15 to renew a .co.uk domain. This is double what it would cost to register a new domain.

Easy-Theft
This company are con artists. They stole my money. They decided to renew a domain that I did not want, with no notification at all & just to add insult to injury they also charged be double the advertised price. STAY AWAY
