Used to be ok but not anymore!
After 20 years of using Easyspace I have my first communication with customer service.
Oh dear it was shocking! Im totally gobsmacked how bad this was.
Total refusal to refund under distance selling, claiming I had purchased a "bespoke" product. Plainly this is a tact they use. But bespoke is for physical goods not a generic website builder which is useless!!
Ive spent £1,000s with this company over the years and still have an annual bill probably over £200. And they refuse a £108 refund after trying a package for 2 days.
Services Period: Active customer at the time of review. Customer since April, 2004
