I've used eUKhost for a number of years and for a number of different domains, and have not once had any complaints or problems. The support has been faultless. Ross on the helpdesk has been very helpful today.

Been with for over 7 years, service and support has always been awesome. Had a few hiccups but the way these have been dealt with always leave me thinking why look for another host elsewhere.

Recent problems with a hosted Joomla website.
I had lost the ability to use some of the backend functionality of my Joomla 3.x site and with Samuel's help I quickly regained it.
Turned out to be a MODsecurity issue.

new server purchase
I'm an existing customer and needed to purchase another VPS and rather than raising a ticket I used chat. This made the process very easy and ROSS T even gave me a month free and server monitoring addon for free! Impressed. Great customer service so far!
