Goods:
1. It is cheap
2. They provide lot of software options
Bads:
1. Expect server downtime every other month, sometimes for more than half a day during peak business hours - this can be due to unannounced maintenance or incidents like diskspace full. Their diskspace is always >96% so services can go down anytime and they do not monitor.
2. Performance bottlenecks, again every other month, which results in slowing down your website to unbearable >20-30secs, for days together!
3. Worst of All, when escalated for any issues, there is a marketing/relation manager called Abhinav, who is very arrogant and reminds you that for the little money you have paid, you should be grateful for just being on their platform.
I had taken 3yr plan but had to move out before 1yr, so save yourself the pain and money and opt for a service provider who can guarantee uptime and performance.
