Arbeite mit sehr vielen Anbietern. Aber wenn mal etwas anbrennt gibt es keinen besseren hinsichtlich support & reaktionszeit. Auch zuverlässigkeit der VPS ist 1a (ist nicht bei anderen immer so)

Hosting is good, Management interface & TOS are horrific
I've been with them for some time and never had hosting problems.
There are two issues with them
1) they are trying to charge you for contracts even after cancelling
2) they are using a custom client portal which is just insanely complicated
Company Response: Our old contract models for Virtual Servers had a minimum contract period of 3 months. The customer has cancelled his contract within the contract period, but did not want to pay for the rest of the contract period.

Budget but very cost effective VPS service
The quality of service is, at least, FAR beyond average with considerable amount of disk space. Web interface for customer supports seems to be custom made by the company and looks very simple but well organized toward convenient access.

I am really happy with the First Root. Customer support is outstanding! So far they have helped me with every issue and have made a great job on optimizing my VPS for Magento performance. Price for all together is more than fair. Keep up the good work!

Great Hosting experience
