Terrible customer service
They disconnected my service with 1 (one) hour notice, saying I miss a payment. In reality they had problems with their payment system and got treated like a bum after being a customer for 5 years. Terrible, I would steer clear.

IPv6 works only for host.
All ok, until you need guest VM with a public IPv6 address. They are filtering all requests from link-local addresses including NDP with valid MAC, even if "neighbor solicitation" was initiated from link-local address of their own gateway.

I've been eager to test First Root ever since they became active on LowEndTalk, and finally pulled the trigger.
Michael and his team seems to be very customer service orientated and the server feels fast and snappy with great I/O speed.

Arbeite mit sehr vielen Anbietern. Aber wenn mal etwas anbrennt gibt es keinen besseren hinsichtlich support & reaktionszeit. Auch zuverlässigkeit der VPS ist 1a (ist nicht bei anderen immer so)
