The best hosting company i have been with yet. Downtime is always due to updates but only seems to be down for no less that a gud 10 minutes. Excellent staff, very cheap and has everything a professional webmaster would need, top quality hosting overall!

Bad hosting, non existant support, worst billing - WARNING!
I have used their VPS service for about 2 months. They take at least 24hours to respond to a support issues, the first time it was near 3 days!!
They refused when I wanted to cancel and wanted more payment for a suspended account. AVOID!!

Best value / price
I'm using this VPS-service for 6 months now and I didn't have any real problems with it yet.
It was always online and when I had a question the support team answered within 24 hours.

Great service!
I've been using their service for about 10 months now. They provide a pretty reliable service. I think their price is unbeatable. I've been recommending them to friends. Haven't had the chance to try their new hardware but it looks promising.

Best german host
This is by far the best german host ive tried. The offer superb support along with very fast hardware. I found them on WHT i was looking for a german host who was offering a 1 gbps conneciton. I found First-Root and i gave it a try. 10/10

Perfect provider
I have been using 1 month their servers and the service and the product is perfect! I recommend it.
I started with 1 VPS and today I have bought the second one for another project. Very nice servers, and a fast support (usually few minutes to answer).

The Best VPS Provider in Europe
I'm renting VPS servers for a year ago now, I always had to change hosts because of the quality was so bad. At the First-Root I've found what I needed. They provide the best quality for an affordable prize. The support is also nice, but no more space here

The connection from Portugal is good, and their support is 5 stars. They are really there to help you.

Highly recommended VPS in Germany with outstanding support
Signed up with First-Root after nearly 6 years with a very well-known big German host prov. I wasn't very unhappy with them, not sure to change, but I must say that First-Root in 3 months have exceeded my expectations and I am glad I changed.Great value!!
