Worst Server and Support
Your life will soon be miserable if you do not leave them. They have no team just Visnu Nagavisnu. He suspends sites when he is broke just to extort money from you. I lost almost 8 websites using genhost. both my reseller and vpn all he closed without any

Found network issue and server automatically refuse the network connection.
we decided to move other hosting provider, they denied to give me reseller hosting data. So please keep this mind.

Horrible overall customer appreciation
if you want to be lied to constantly with a pretty much horrible overall customer appreciation, then, by all means, go with GenHost. I find this company to be somewhat ill-mannered and horrible at resolving customer complaints. Please DO NOT go with them

I opened 2 tickets.
First ticket was open 6 days ago and they answered after 2 days that they have Meeting so day are busy.
Second ticket was open 2 days ago about MSSQL and php support and there was no answer and today they deleted both tickets. lol
