Solidly reliable, highly expedient!
Gigapros goes above and beyond all other web hosting that I've tried. And I've tried many. Features have certainly gotten better and they now offer a lot more for the same price (visit their website and you'll see what I mean). My customer support questions are answered within 1 hour. The answers I receive are clear and very helpful. They are solidly reliable, highly expedient at tech support and really competitive for the pricing.

After my website had been hacked and the back up was a rewrite of the hack, I called tech-support and a representative named Michael was amazing. He was able to restore my site with a Word Press back up in under three minutes. Gigapros team was professional, and efficient, saved me a huge headache! Two thumbs up.

The downtime is almost non-existent.

Like control panel, has many features.
The control panel interface is fairly intuitive and it's easy to manage most things through their web interface. Anything you can't figure out can be resolved with a quick email or support call. Another good point also, is the lack of downtime - really good. I work on other sites for clients, hosted with a variety of popular hosts and regularly find that they go offline during the night, for server upgrades, maintenance. You know, guys, everything has only ever been good and I do recommend Gigapros provider!

One word - Professionals.
The folks at Gigapros have been awesome for each problem/issue I have created due to a need. Usually the response is within minutes of sending and never closed before they know you are happy. Everything is still running unbelievably smoothly, and I don't think there's been a single unplanned/unannounced downtime. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. The admin panel is a breeze to use
It is just a great host, i started using it and it has been great for me. Needless to say, you'll have no such worries with Gigapros web host. Whenever I have had any issues, I've received prompt responses by email. So much so, I've not yet needed to call them (on their Skype)!
