I have been impressed. Not only do I have the best of services to help me out but the service is very fast. Honestly, speaking, I too would recommend Glowhost to anyone that needs a reliable web host service provider. They help with things like Htacess files, and almost any web admin question you have. It's really worth the extra money just for that.

For $10 you get a hosting-plan packed with features and accessibility with big disk space, transfer and many domains possible. In my opinion this is unbeatable. Glowhost has grown quite a bit since they became my webhost, but their support staff and policy has never faulted. Their customer service is fast and friendly. Hardly any downtime. MSN Support is available during the day light hours and provides a perfect opportunity to get some first hand information and assistance from a friendly voice always ready to help!

Pricing is quite normal according to what you get.
So far I've had a great experience with Glowhost hosting, little to no technical issues, and when they do happen, the staff is quick to resolve them. The ordering process was pretty simple and easy to follow the instructions they gave me. Our website consists of many student resumes in pdf format, and so far we've received positive feedback from users of the website in terms of loading speeds. I can highly recommend their hosting to others.

Support at Glowhost gets 11 out of 10 for me! They had the usual claims, fast reliable cheap hosting with great service. Their hosting packages were cheap for what they offered, but more importantly they were fast and reliable with no downtime, which is important for the sites I run. Thanks guys.
