100% perfect answers to the customer
They give a more complete answer to technical questions then the Live help. I've mailed a few questions and one was answered within 24 hours, and the others within 2 hours. That's good..! Glowhost hosting service has been excellent and top notice thus far. I love the speed of the site, the uptime, the support when needed.

Happy running all my sites at their servers
I run my sites at their business hosting account. There's the price that just can't be beat. I spent nearly a week looking around for webhosts, and even though it doesn't rank on many webhost top 10 lists, I finally settled with Glowhost Cloud web host. It's a hidden gem. After setting up an account with them, I couldn't be happier, and I know that I made the right decision.

The list of software installations is huge
I began with Glowhost web host when all I needed was a simple vanity page. Then I added a busy e-store business website. These guys really know their stuff, professional team they are! They're awesome and so extremely helpful to this stay-at-home-Mom who needs support. I want to make them all cookies!

The price is right, flexible
I do recommend this hosting to anyone! The uptime is great, the promise of 99.9% is correct. Glowhost has a very reactive and knowledgeable support team. The best however is their pro-active support. For the latest Wordpress vulnerability they identified the issue and solved it very fast.

The staff is professional and they respect the customers. Very nice host. Before I had actual hosting with them, I was hosted on a friend's account, and it was nice. When functioning it's great - part of glowhost technical support is quick and good, and their prices are unbeatable.
