Really good SSD hosting provider
Well, after a few months with Glowhost I can say servers are great and very reliable. They have additional RAID 10 - it means that each of their servers has 4 disks which are both mirrored and striped. Really good SSD hosting provider that goes the extra mile to help their customers.

I would recommend this host!
My site is almost always up (15 minutes downtime last month - up for about 99.98% of the time). It is a perfect US web hosting provider. That is really great because I have some hand made web applications using MySQL and I need to have almost 100% uptime and I have to admit I do have that. I'd like to say that Glowhost is not bad and I would recommend this host!

good uptime!
I like Glowhost provider's support, where you can talk to their support team on MSN, but they aren't on 24/7 which would be better. The features are very complete for the price of the package. I was impressed by their Online Backup Services. The server was down for about 15 minutes one month. That's pretty good uptime!

Glowhost price is great.
I haven't had to use customer service very often but I always get a reply. These guys have fantastic uptime, and if you are a new customer, then there are tons of coupon codes out there that will save you money on your subscription. Glowhost price is great. Would recommend it.

I like this host. Glowhost price isn't the cheapest around - but for what they offer I can't find anybody with better pricing. They are always more than happy to negotiate what your account will have - for example same price for half the space and double the bandwidth if this is what you require.
