That is my longest web hosting experience with the same provider (2 years). No downtime, fast and professional support are the things which make me happy! Because they helped me a lot with sorting my problems with my emails. That is really important for me because I got the help at that moment when I needed that. I'm extremely and painlessly satisfied using GTHost instant server hosting services. At first I was thought it was going to take long time to convert as my database size was 500gbs++. But it only took less then 5 minutes. Some other hosting only give you tutorial how to do it. Rate reliability and support as more important than subtle differences in pricing plans.

Unbelievable service.
Never really had any problems with the server, we run a managed dedicated server with GTHost and speeds have been great. There is no question to me the service at GTHost video hosting is cool to all others. I have to say that GTHost Magento commerce hosting provider has one of the best customer services I have ever dealt with.
