What stood out to me was how easy it was to get started. Ordering, deployment, and initial setup all went smoothly. The hardware has performed reliably since launch. I'd gladly use GTHost instant dedicated servers again for future projects. I appreciate providers that think beyond a single region, and this network clearly does exactly that. I just want to say first that my website issues has been resolved promptly and it's running again. I would like to add that one of their tech dudes did a tremendous job and his customer service skills were super. Even when English is not my primary language but he understood my issues and worked on them quickly and also offered some tips on the do's and dont's since I'm new at creating my own blogging site. Every time I get in contact with GTHost dedicated hosting I get good results, you guys rocks!

Terms of Service incorrect
The terms of service state that you can ask them to open email ports with a support ticket for VPS services. Upon purchasing a VPS they refused to open these ports even for legitimate purposes (A discourse forum where email was being sent through MX Routing.). The vast majority of hosts will open these ports through a support ticker They stated that they did not open these ports ever and then tried to upsell me on a dedicated server.

Unfortunately, now I have a credit that I will probably never use with them. I would not recommend this host in any way shape or form.

Network connectivity has remained fast and stable.
The free setup offered by GTHost was a nice bonus when starting my project. I had access to the server much sooner than expected. The hardware has been reliable and performs well under demanding workloads. I also appreciate the unmetered bandwidth. Overall, it's been a great service.

I would recommend them without hesitation.
I wanted a dedicated server that wouldn't charge extra for bandwidth usage, and GTHost delivered exactly that. Their unmetered traffic policy makes budgeting much easier. Deployment was fast, and the server performed well right away. I also liked having access to multiple international locations. The overall experience has been smooth and professional.
