These guys are all awesome.
Well, GTHost was excellent in resolving my issue. I have never had a bad experience with support, ever. I have used their service for a long time too. I don't typically make many server configurations so I don't utilize support often. Lately, I have been making some additions and will hopefully be receiving a new stream of traffic soon. The team has been extremely helpful with this task, and for that, I thank you, GTHost.

If you are in need of a dedicated server in particular, this is the place to get one. Think they are very good and they monitor performance closely. I have open a few ticket and all of them as been solve the same day. Everything works straight out of the box and the support is sensational. Once my other webhost account comes up for renewal I shall be looking to transfer it to GTHost web host. Great support that is available by chat 24/7. After signing up, I can safely say that the service is great, with quick support ticket replies, and really quick servers. First, I would like to appreciate their support. GTHost is super fast and helpful. They have a group of great online-representatives who are smart in HOSTING, LITESPEED, PHP, MYSQL as well as EMAIL HANDLING. Also if I open a ticket to ask a question on any topic, they will reply in 10-60 mins. I've been using GTHost for 3 months. When talking about their servers, they are fast and reliable. The experience with this host is really great! The best customer support I ever had!

In the almost two months that I have been with GTHost, I have never noticed any downtime. In the times where I have had issues, their support is fantastic. All departments know how to handle and manage works and better than that is their manner with clients. Reliable, easy to manage, a good interface, has done a great job for my client for over a year now. As for GTHost customer support, I must say that it is always available when I contact them, they work 24/7 and ready to help and solve any trouble their clients may experience.

Everything works fine with Detroit VPS.
I have more than 10 years of experience in developing and hosting websites and applications using different types of technologies, but this is the first time I deal with such a great web hosting provider like GTHost Detroit VPS. Everything works fine. I'm not knowledgeable enough at this point to really review the web building capabilities, but from what I've read their servers are really good. GTHost vesta builder seems okay, but I'm going the wordpress route because of the needs of a band website. Recommended.

GTHost is a breath of fresh air.
To me the hosting experience with GTHost is more personal and that extra level of service is easily worth the few extra bucks. I've been with them for more than a year and so far I'm very happy. I know from personal experience that their chat support is online 24/7 and I personally use it quite a lot. Awesome Service. After being burned by appalling service by the trendy media host liked by the design community, GTHost is a breath of fresh air. All request are handled almost immediately, courteously and answered in detail.

Uptime is good.
I have been using GTHost instant server hosting services for about 4 months and I always have fast speed connection and my web site is steadily online. The customer support is responsive and friendly - any problem is solved immediately. Uptime is good as my sites are always up. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup tools you provide which I did not expect at all. Good web host!

Best vps hosting.
I am taking the time to write and post this review for GTHost vps hosting because I am so impressed and happy with the service I've gotten. Uptime is fantastic but most important is the response time to a service ticket. Overall my needs were and still are relatively basic, but the biggest problem I've had with recent web hosts (in addition to poor overall service) is exceptionally poor communication.
