I've found their support to be good. Host-ed is reliable. They even have a little box that lets you select how experienced a user you are so that they may tailor the response to your needs! The live help webchat was a godsend!

Host-ed provider keep improving their plans
I'd like to say that Host-ed are always more than happy to negotiate what your account will have - for example same price for half the space and double the bandwidth if this is what you require. Recommended.

Uptime is high enough (no downtime noticed)
They are technically sound in maintaining the server with out downtime and they always be in touch through mails about possible down time which service i like the most. Wonderful customer service and very quick responses. I can recommend Host-ed web host

Host-ed is professional web host with fast and stable servers. Great work all round. I do not care if they are not the cheapest. Think that I found my provider and I hope that will be same good for the next year as well.

I like the add-on open-source scripts. Host-ed pricing is competitive. As far as I have seen my site has 99.9% uptime, it is quite good. I had downtime only several times and it lasted about 30 minutes. it's ok for me.
