I'm very happy with their customer service
I have hosted various websites with Host-ed for about one year, during which time I have dealt with many other hosts used by my clients. I thought of moving to other hosts but this service is really good and I'm gonna stay with them for quite sometime.

I don't believe you will find a better host
Been with Host-ed over 7 years. Nothing to complain about. The Support service is noticeably fast (minutes) and accurate. They are quick with their responses and seem to be very reliable. The uptime with them is great. Well, the features fit my needs!

Speed conntectivity is very fast
Host-ed is fantastic! They manage their servers in such a way that shared hosting is NOT a problem. No one is allowed to compromise a server to the point where other customers would be affected. I applaud their support and especially the forums.

It is cool option for running Drupal sites
I enjoy my hosting experience dealing with this team. They have to be cyborgs or something.....as no other company can compare to them, even the big dogs are being hidden in the brilliant shadow that Host-ed is casting on the hosting market.

I spent nearly a week looking around for webhosts, and even though it doesn't rank on many webhost top 10 lists, I finally settled with Host-ed. It's a hidden gem. After setting up an account with them, I couldn't be happier, and I know I made good choice

24/7 Email support is there when we need it
Speed of my sites is awesome as if server is located next door. No downtime was faced. Support respond at least within 5 minutes. Problem resolution takes 10-15 mins. Host-ed is the best ssd host! Their platform is really good one I must say.

Our forum is running well on Host-ed. They had to help us install our phpBB forum since our IT guy was sick for a few days. A+ service highly recommended!

I've noticed no downtime
When I called them to get some help with things I couldnt understand, I got an American support rep each and every time unlike other hosts I tried out before Host-ed ssd hosting.They are truly a diamond in the rough.
