I would have rated Host-ed a 4 out of 5 because being an absolute perfectionist, I NEVER give anyone maximum marks. This host offers services that are very valuable at an affordable price. If you're looking for a web hosting account look no further.

Their Customer Service is incredible
Quite happy with the speed, uptime and tech support provided by Host-ed provider. Very prompt answers to questions (by you, as well as my support tickets) they have also been responsive, as opposed to CS experiences that really don't answer the question

I am sure you know what I mean... ...Not only did tech support answer my ticket this weekend regarding a problem I had transferring and setting up my domain, they went back and checked again on their own to see if I got my site up and running....WOW!

I have tried other hostings before but they don't compare to host-ed business SSD hosting service! I am will not even try another provider. I feel if you try this web hosting you will feel the same as I do.

I've been using Host-ed SSD Business hosting for 4 years now, and there is not flaw in the service, and when I need support It usually doesn't take more than 15 minutes to resolve my cases... so It's great and I guess I will continue using this web host.

For good quality, reliable and fast hosting at a very competitive price level it is hard to better. I had come across host-ed before (not as a client) and thought that I would at least talk to them. I was impressed from the outset. They met my needs.
