I'm very impressed with how quickly my questions are answered. The support techs seem to know their job and they tend to respond to my questions about technical stuff in a simple enough way that I can understand them.

Great hosting and zero issues! I've only used the customer support chat once but it was quick and helpful. Glad I went with Host-ed after the horror stories I've heard about the other bigger name providers.
