I recently switched from my old hosing provider. Their customer service is terrible and they encourage spammers which tainted my IPs. Host-ed is a breathe of fresh air. Friendly, cpanel integration is great..

Some of the other places are great talkers but when you need support on a Sunday at 12:30 pm, they're never available. Well - not host-ed.net. They are ALWAYS available, always polite, and the tech support will always handle your issue effectively.

If you're looking for a reliable, hosting provider with excellent customer service and tech support, then host-ed is the place to be. This is the 3rd hosting provider I've used and they are hands down, the best in all areas.
