Very good proposed programs to follow depending on your needs. They really look after their services. I would strongly suggest them in other developers/designers/small businesses on the web.

Their team and their supervisors receive word of the excellent customer service they provide. Your staff's tech expertise, response times, communication skills and respectful manners set you leagues ahead of your competitors.

I recently switched from my old hosing provider. Their customer service is terrible and they encourage spammers which tainted my IPs. Host-ed is a breathe of fresh air. Friendly, cpanel integration is great..
Services Period: Past customer during December, 2009 - November, 2010
Some of the other places are great talkers but when you need support on a Sunday at 12:30 pm, they're never available. Well - not host-ed.net. They are ALWAYS available, always polite, and the tech support will always handle your issue effectively.
Services Period: Past customer during January, 2010 - November, 2010
If you're looking for a reliable, hosting provider with excellent customer service and tech support, then host-ed is the place to be. This is the 3rd hosting provider I've used and they are hands down, the best in all areas.

I have been blown away by the quick and knowledgable customer/tech support. These guys have got it right. The pricing plans are a great value for speed of serving, and the allowances very generous for today's media-rich traffic.

These guys technical support and customer service is unmatched in the industry. They provide speedy service, and take time to address your concerns. I feel secure knowing I have them as a hosting provider, and a partner.
