Hostwinds is the #1 Hosting provider for me from last 2+ years. I am using their Dedicated Servers and Shared Hosting Plans with satisfactory support and service. So, in future if I think for Hosting Plan and that will be Hostwinds.

Hostwinds has a very knowledgeable tech support team. Their technician (Chris) can teach a class on customer service...he was smart enough to figure out what I needed instead of just telling me it wasn't Hostwinds' fault...Don't lose that guy!

When I read the reviews, I didn't believe it, but I literally get an answer just minutes after I've e-mailed them... and this is even before I've placed my order! The scripts that I had selected for installation, prior to their free migration, were just right for me. There is always a very intelligent person on the other end of live chat who takes care of your needs immediately. My Web Sites (2 WordPress blogs and 1 e-commerce) are always up and run as fast.

By far the best web host
One thing I must say about Hostwinds hosting is that they have excellent customer service. They solved a problem promptly and with ease, and were informative along the way. Other computer hosts that I asked for information ignored the requests or gave me a run-around. You can't ask for more than that! And they are willing to help you out in any way they can.

Great support and pricing
I just wanted to write to say thanks for all of your help in setting up the two Joomla sites. I have worked with a few hosting companies and yours has the best customer support, by a long way. The outages, non-existent customer support and high prices we've experienced with other providers drove me INSANE! None of it happens here at Hostwinds. I highly recommend these guys - they know what they do!
