I'm hosting my web sites with this hosting provider since 2019. I really like the up-time of them. There was only one major downtime and Hostwinds payed money with an apology for it. I run Wordpress powered web sites in this hosting. Recommend.

Excellent company overall.
Super easy. They answered all my questions for me and were very helpful. Later when my site was getting a little crazy and hard for me to keep running by myself, they were quick to offer some solutions and make things easier for me again. Excellent company overall, and great rates.

$5/month for a good web hosting with plenty of bandwidth may e-mail accounts, many extras (at no charge), and the best Technical Support I've come across - extremely responsive and very helpful. Hostwinds shared hosting plan is more than I can wish - free domain, great price, and lots of space and traffic. And that is just a tiny piece of the value I am getting.

Hostwinds technical support is absolutely good
I have 3 sites with Hostwinds hosting. Customer service is second to none. All my support requests are handled under 5 minutes. I am happy with them so far, support has been great and you offer far more features than any web hosting provider I have come across so far. I tend to place fairly technical support calls. In over 50 support calls (almost never for a problem, almost always for an implementation or coding question) I have never (ever) had worse than 15 min first response, usually with an appropriate resolution. Calls that took longer clearly needed to take longer.

Great web host
I have been with this web host for just over 2 months and in that time have had a couple of problems which were quickly resolved. I would and have recommended Hostwinds to others. The service is reliable and I have found their support to be excellent. I have never been this satisfied, up until I migrated to Hostwinds hosting. They could not have been more helpful. Quick customer response and outstanding support 24 hours a day. I wouldn't host anywhere else.

I can only hope that Hostwinds won't change their high-level services, but to continue to increase their quality. Wonderful web host! The prices are fantastic, my hosting was set up immediately and accounts transferred almost as soon as I gave word. I first contacted their technical support staff for help with one of their packages and also setting up some of my new websites, I could tell this host was a keeper.

I simply love this host!
I appreciate that Hostwinds has a no-contract model and their prices are very reasonable. The service is excellent and very reliable and stable, I almost had no reason to contact their support. $5 per month for 2 domains, as well as a reasonable number of dedicated email boxes, databases and other services that you need for the average interactive website.

Hostwinds hosting service has been great
Can't fault these guys! Hostwinds is a professional web host. They provide a very cost-effective solution for small websites, provide MySQL and PHP support, and as far as I have experienced have a good record on uptime and accessibility. Their reliability and price make up for it though as it is very seldom that I do require to contact their support desk.
