Horrible customer service. They expect me to pay for mistakes in domain registration that they made. They engage in bait and switch techniques with their domain name renewals (advertise $9.99, then charge $18 on checkout).

Absolutely horrible customer service. Tickets take days for a response, or go completely ignored.
Technicians barely speak English (Montreal based), and often abandon live chat conversations.
They have a very "just do it yourself" attitude.

Horrible customer service filled with misrepresentations. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Be very careful with these guys and don't get intrapped into a 12 month contract.

I had a real bad business experience with them. The way they handle customer support is very unprofessional. At the end, I had to cancel my account. Just be careful!

We have been using them for a year, and their service has been excellent. Their network is fast and reliable, their support is fast, and their prices are very competitive. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Great service, superb response, and very worth money. What more I can. I am with iWeb for 2 years, and they take good care of me. There were some problem, but they covered with super fast response with very kind support.
