Fast good servers.
Everything works good. Koddos has fast good servers, my sites are running fast. Great host, pricing is average, but support is the best I have seen, goes out of their way to make sure everything is working just right for you. The tech support people may not be significantly more knowledgeable than those at other ISPs, but they are more determinedly helpful; they will stay with me until a solution is found and I understand how it works. It's rated at the top of my list for a satisfying experience.

Exceptional support.
Everything is simply amazing and has remained consistently so. Koddos web host, besides a robust infrastructure, has an exceptional support. They've handled every ticket quickly, and with the responses you'd want from the very start. The prices are higher but they do not oversell and you get what you pay for.

Nice Hong Kong vps hosting.
I have no experience in webhosting and I thought it will be really hard. All I wanted was an up and running website and adequate support. They provide unique tools.
Well, Koddos.net has been an amazing host. They are quick with their responses and seem to be very reliable. All of my issues and questions were answered within a few minutes at most, and the issues themselves were quickly resolved as well. I paid via paypal and got Instant Activation of my account. I began transferring my website. I could easily have asked Koddos.net to do all the work for me and they would have gladly accepted, but I did it myself with the tools they provide.

Very friendly and helpful.
Moved to Koddos web servers after poor service with my previous host. These guys are willing to walk not just an extra mile but five more miles with you. We had problems with domain transfer, but their IT guy has been very patient with us. He simply didn't quit until our problems had been resolved. Excellent pricing for a lot of room and features, nice control panel with a load of features. Keep up the good work!

Happy using Koddos offshore vps hosting services.
I payed extra for my previous host to install some scripts instead of me lurking with tutorials and articles, so I was kind of unreluctant to pay again. To my surprise when I asked for the above setup to be configured, their representative said that I should just send an email to their helpdesk and their admins will install everything I want, free of charge.

Koddos.net is great. I got absolutely awesome hosting for a very cheap price. They offer in my opinion the best value for vps servers based on that they give you daily offsite backups which most like my previous host charge extra for, and their support almost always gets on tickets in under 20 minutes.
