Milesweb is not a reliable hosting provider. Please avoid!!!
I tried to contact chat support and they insisted me to login to CLIENT AREA & submit a ticket. When I tried logging in, there site went down. Check this screenshot, chat team accepted that too http://prntscr . com/mdnj2c. Sites are down & am left in dark

Worst server I have ever seen every time its down and support even tell what is the issue.
If you are a reseller I would never suggest you to get milesweb whenever your and your client sites will go down and you cannot do anything for it.
