Spectacular service from Ryan on the "Ask for Help" facility
When my Wordpress site kept causing redirect errors, I tried to fix it, but just made things worse! Turning to the "Ask for Help" chat service, I was answered by Ryan within seconds, and in just a few minutes he had corrected the error, prevented it from happening again, and tested it out with me.
