Lost clients and got broke
Miles web had one server called zoom server..
It went off and all data of sites are gone.
I lost 90 clients due to this.
Have to shut business down.
Please do not take hosting from them.

Billing Support for Service upgrade
We'd bought a 1 month reseller hosting for trial & are in the process to move our services to MilesWeb. We wanted to upgrade the plan but didn't wanted to loose on the pricing benefits that were on offer. Manoj helped us and reassured us that the pricing benefits will be passed on while processing the upgrade. We would also like to thank the tech support staff which have been helping us resolve the issues we faced during our testing.

these people are cheaters.
The support staff is not responsive.
My reseller hosting is down from 24 hours.
No one is bothered and just saying that we will fix issue soon.

Best Service, Task completed while online with Mr Saurabh
Excellent service by milesweb team. I interacted with Mr Saurabh through online chat regarding the transfer of my domain. He took EPP code online itself and worked fast and got my domain transferred while we were in online chat itself. Thanks a lot to Mr Saurabh and the milesweb team. The hosting charges for my reseller account is very affordable to me with their 50% discount. Comparing with other hosting providers, the service is best and charges are just one third of my earlier hosting service provider. I hope to have a long association with milesweb.

I am happy but i faced one issue
I buy a domain, but quickly I forget the right name of the domain, then i connect with milesweb staff. Here is no refundable service with domain. i pay extra charges.
