I keep getting charged, even a year after canceling.
I ran a voice server from Mxhub, I canceled my account, and a few months later they re-added the voice server, and begun charging me again. They provide no option to cancel.

You can't find a better hosting value. Support has bailed us out of some big jams. Tons of extras too. I have received a great deal of personal support. Much better than the higher priced host I left due to too much downtime!
