Oh they suck. Everything is slow if not down. If u r looking for big bw & space I rcmd u go to dreamhost.com instead, it offers the simliar package with much better support and speed. You can even get discount by using promo codes NETFIRMS or NETFIRM.

BRUTAL. Their customer service is terrible, they never returned any of my emails or calls, I had to call a long distance number to get a hold of them and then waited for hours on the line.. and the SQL errors made me cry myself to sleep every night.

Outstanding service and support. I have used Netfirms for several clients now. Lots of excellent features incl. for the money. Excellent customer service - a HUMAN speaks to you in plain English, right away. Very user friendly admin panel.

My site was down for a while and they apparently tried to fix it but they never did. Their MySQL server sucks hard as it says in this tread title. In overall will not use neither recommend their service ever.

The domain name registration and management services are working very well for me. My website requirements are very basic so the service is fine. The servers are quite a bit slower than at the host I use for my clients, though.

A complete nightmare start to finish. SQL servers are flaky at best, I experienced proxy errors they were unwilling to even look into, and tech support is little more then a few guys. Stay away...far, far away.

Their MySQL is always slow and often unavailable, making WordPress fail with database connection errors often. My entire site (not just the WordPress portion) has been completely down on several occasions over the past six weeks.

Netfirms is a SCAM. They offer you a lot of disk space and bandwidth but you will never be able to use them. Their MySQL server sucks. Every time you get few visitors on your site. You’ll keep get MySQL connection errors.
