The worst of the worst.
I first started using 1 provider in 2015, and it was decent.
The support and efficiency has gone downhill.
1+ week with an unworking server, waiting for support to reply and get the machine running.
It's a shame. 2018... it's garbage.
Fix your staff.

Resellers, clueless whenever issues arise
Resellers with quite low prices, but besides that I wouldn't recommend it. Should any issue arise (faulty disk, server crash, broken installation system) their support makes little more than giving pointless advice... if they ever react. And no refunds.

Good Value for Money
I don't understand all these bad reviews. I ordered a server 6 months ago, I never had an issue with billing or server setup. You get what you pay for. The servers are bare-bone, so you have to know what to do. And regularly backups are a must.

Worst hosting company ever... justified by all other reviews
Every bit as bad as you read! Shocking lack of support, awful terms and really bad service. They're just not worth it. I simply cannot be at mercy of someone to respond to me hours after raising a high priority ticket...

A complete technical disaster (Reliability and management panel)
We have been using about 50-100 cloud servers from Oneprovider for over a year. About 20% (!) of servers just crash every month. What's even worse: their management panel is super slow and buggy and makes it a real pain trying to restart these servers.

the service is very bad
I just buy server dedicated France server and after I buy a new IP the internet is not working on the server and support doesn't help me
now I will ask for a full refund
choose other company and forget about oneprovider

Nowhere near as bad as reviews claim it to be
Ordered a dedicated server week ago. It got setup in 5 hours, and been smooth so far. Customer support tickets got responded in 7 minutes.
My peronal experience has been nothing but great.

I order Server in Paris, but more than 48 hour i not get verification email, the support is bad reply more than 8 hours
oneprovider TOS:
Failure to complete this process within 48 hours will result in a cancellation and full refund.

i tried to install cpanel on their server 10 days gone still pending.. No 1 is replying tickets ... biggest mistke of life is to buy any server from them.

20 days of downtime
My server is down since 20 days, technical support is asking me to wait more and more. They refused 2 times to refund me. Don't buy here
