Worst Support Ever
Support is non-existent the whole company is like an abandoned ship in space. A few years ago wasn't as bad but in 2021 it got worst.

One Provider is Fraud
they are fraud, after renewal problem will start, They don't care if your website is down. they don't care if your server is down from 2 days.
more then 50% packet loss, rescue mode not working, but still they need tests from rescue mode, from 2 days i am trying that if i turn on rescue mode, i still logging in as normal mode user and pass, but they pretend that it is my fault, now i given proof so they stop replying.

Used 3 VPS and 1 dedicated server.
I only tested the VPS and seeing that they had poor performance I never put them into production.
The dedicated server in 10 months has had two hardware problems; the first was a memory problem, the second unspecified also because before waiting for them to solve the problem I bought one from another supplier.
The really disastrous problem is the support, practically non-existent, 11 hours before responding to a ticket on a server down is not acceptable and moreover without a comprehensive response ...

Worst provider
Bon prix mais le support est très mauvais. Ils prennent le monde pour des cons.
Ils ne donnent jamais raison au client et trouve toujours le moyen de faire croire qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire.
Veuillez bien surveiller les serveurs avec une connexion 1Gbps. C'est de la fausse publicité pour la plupart des serveurs. Leurs serveurs de la France et du Canada proviennent essentiellement de DediBox (Online.net) Scaleway et de OVH. Les serveurs peuvent bien évidement télécharger sur un lien 1Gbps (AVAL) mais sont bridés et (AMONT), souvent à 250Mbps.
Et il se défendent en disant que c'est bien marqué dans leur T.O.S. et que 200Mbps en AMONT pour un serveur 1Gbps c'est très bien.
Donc fausse publicité et mauvais support.
Certains serveurs ont un vrai lien 1Gbps mais faut faire des essais et erreur. Ce qui coûte cher.

Extremally Bad Support
Extremally bad support, some tickets not responded for days , raid change or system install on AMS servers take 3-4 days, once server working is just fine, but its lottery,
Just stay away from them, a lot more reliable suppliers around to chose

False claims, worst support
The provider claims that they have a Bandwidth of 1 Gbps Unmetered for the most dedicated servers listed on their website. In reality 99% of the traffic is being lost even with the load of 150MBps. When you send them all required proofs, they just ignore it, when you ask for the refund they say "Unfortunately we cannot refund already delivered servers.", even if setup is FREE and you ask for a refund on the 7th day after purchase.
This is the straight forward server scam. Stay away if you want to safe your money.

avoid them like the plague
Avoid them like the plague. They will take your money, mess you around for days and days without delivering any services or even an explanation. I was promised a refund because the server I ordered over a week ago and I am still begging for my money back. If you are trying to decide between these and someone else, especially if you are driven on price, please do not use them - you will regret it.

Horrible tech support!!!
The server is not available for the first time. Technical support does not respond to requests (or rather, sends unsubscriptions every 2 days), delaying the solution of the problem.
This is really the worst provider I've ever used. If you are looking for stable work of servers - oneprovider is NOT your choice !!!
