They really do have support 24/7. We sent messages in the wee
hours (in Iceland). They always replied in less than an hour, often
in a few minutes. Knowledge level in the tech group was high. They
even had the answers about WebDAV.

Brilliant service and options
Only regret is did not move to orangewebsite.com earlier. Had many problems with other hosts. Certainly not the cheapest but have learned many lessons. Worth every extra penny in terms of reliability and customer service
